SHIPPING WORLDWIDE*

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. We have two different fulfillment centers in the United States and China. That’s why we provide Worldwide shipping* from our warehouses in China by ePacket or EMS and in USA by USPS. After your order is complete, it takes usually 2-5 Days to process your orders and get it read for shipping center. If there is lack of inventory from your nearest location, we ship your order from our main fulfillment center in China where we stock a larger quantity and styles of products. Shipping is also based on your location, Please expect 6-9 weeks after order processing to receive your package depending on your location & shipping options.

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country. So, Customer is responsible to pay all custom related taxes/expenses according to their country.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping* tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

WRONG ADDRESS

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct while ordering. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

We are not responsible for lost or stolen package. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it.
